You may cancel a service order under the following conditions:
Within 24 hours of payment: Full cancellation with a 100% refund, no questions asked.
Before development starts: Cancellation is accepted with a full refund minus any administrative processing fees (up to 5%).
After development has commenced: Cancellation is at the discretion of TheOnePixl management. A partial refund may be offered proportional to the work not yet delivered.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
The deliverables do not meet the technical specifications agreed upon in writing (proposal/SLA).
A service was charged in error or duplicated.
TheOnePixl is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service within a reasonable timeframe due to internal reasons.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind after work has commenced.
Delays caused by insufficient information or feedback from the client.
Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, APIs) purchased on behalf of the client.
3. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your full name
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for the request
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it within 5 business days.
